Ramy Arnaout

My main work involves applying systems biology techniques to large clinical datasets to improve patient care at the hospital. My major supporting activity is in using systems biology and highthroughput sequencing to understand immune repertoires. I have published first- and last-author papers in both areas and presented this work at national and international meetings. I supplement these activities with two months’ service yearly as an attending in Clinical Microbiology and with teaching residents and students informatics, genomics, and microbiology/infectious disease.
